Innovative products for stabilization of the lower extremities (base balance) ORTO sand STEP registered in Genius Croatia, the Croatian database of ideas, inventions and innovations.
In collaboration with physiotherapists, medically tested products have been designed to stabilize the lower extremities with proven effectiveness on a more correct posture and reduction of back pain. As these are innovative products, we have registered them in Genius Croatia, the Croatian database of ideas, inventions and innovations.
Medical research was conducted in KB Sv. Duh in collaboration with the Croatian Association of Physiotherapists.
ORTO sand STEP is a base for stabilization of the lower extremities, the so-called substrate balance. In addition to stabilizing the lower extremities during efficacy studies, it was found to affect posture and proper posture. In addition to the ORTO sand STEP stabilization base, there is an exercise booklet designed in collaboration with top and esteemed masters of physiotherapy, who have enviable results behind them and published papers in medical journals for everyday use at home.
Balance base ORTO now STEP is used in working with patients during physical therapy in hospitals, spas, rehabilitation centers.
The exercises give the feeling of walking on sand, so they are not aggressive and demanding (like balance boards and balls), with great results.
There is no age limit, they are equally used in working with children, adults and the elderly. It works quickly and effectively against pain in muscles, joints and spine.

“ORTO sand STEP is a base for stabilizing the lower extremities. It is made of thermoactive HQ memory foam of a special recipe. It has a sterile cover that is easy to maintain, and in case of heavy soiling it can be removed and washed at 95 ° C. There is a flat (milder) and profiled (more unstable) base.
Our goal is to present the background to all physiotherapists and medical staff who have patients with proprioception problems, ankle injuries, etc., but also athletes and sports associations. In addition to the above, the base is great for everyday use at home and presentation to all individuals.”
